For your Sterling Silver: Silver is naturally oxidizes over time. If it begins to look dull, simply use a silver polishing cloth or a mild soap-and-water soak to bring back its original shine. It is durable and water-resistant, making it a true everyday heirloom.

For your Gold Vermeil & Plated pieces: To preserve the thick gold layer on your pendants, keep them away from perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. While water-resistant, we recommend removing them before swimming or showering to extend the life of the gold.

We offer a 3-year warranty on all our jewelry to ensure your pieces stay beautiful, covering any unexpected manufacturing issues.

Please note that this doesn't cover natural silver oxidation, the normal fading of gold plating, or accidental damage from everyday wear.

Portugal: 2-5 business days

Rest of European Union: 5-15 business days

Rest of the World: 10-20 business days
